    Popular main dishes in Guanajuato are: Enchiladas Mineras, Mole, Tamales, Chiles Rellenos, Cecina, Gorditas, and Bunuelos. Give a try to the following desserts: Charamuscas rellenas, Trompadas, Jamoncillos, Pepitorias, Alegrias and Cocadas.

    Tequila (Plain and in Palomas = "Squirt" and Tequila) is a common entry, but, the local mezcal can be a good option.

    Except in weddings, balls, etc., for all restaurants, here in alphabetical order, informal attire is OK.
